Sales Officer – Home Loan

Job Description:

As a Sales Officer – Home Loan, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting and selling HDFC home loan products.

• Generating leads through cold calling, field visits, and local references.

• Meeting assigned sales targets for your designated area or branch.

• Coordinating with internal operations for loan documentation and disbursals.

• Providing excellent customer service and post-sale support.

• Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline

• Experience: 6 months to 5 years in Home Loans or BFSI sector

• Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler with license

  • Must be a local resident of the applied area

  • Minimum CIBIL Score: 700+

  • Maximum Age Limit: 33 years
