Work Schedule: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (Day Shift | Open to both male and female candidates)

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and promote Razorpay’s payment solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of digital payment gateways to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive business growth and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve set sales targets while maintaining high service quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Educational Qualification: 12th Pass
  • Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or client servicing will be an added advantage.

Core Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to perform in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and persuasion capabilities

Professional demeanor and customer-centric attitude

Compensation:

Experienced Candidates: ₹24,000 CTC per month

Freshers: ₹22,000 CTC per month
