We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Blinkit — India’s leading quick-commerce platform. The support services are managed through 1Point1 Solutions, one of the top outsourcing companies. You will work directly from the 1Point1 Solutions office in Gurugram, handling customer queries and issues for Blinkit users.

This role is perfect for individuals who are confident, fluent in English, and passionate about communication and service.

📍 Plot No.17, Sector 18, Industrial Estate, Gurugram, Haryana – 122015

🕘 Shift Timings:

• Rotational Shifts for male candidates

• Day Shift Only for female candidates

• 6 Days Working (1 fixed weekly off)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to Blinkit customer queries via calls

• Handle order-related issues, refunds, delays, and escalations professionally

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow communication protocols

• Maintain call logs and follow-up with customers when needed

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Language Requirement:

  • Excellent Fluency in English is a MUST

  • Confident voice, strong command of grammar, and clear pronunciation are essential
