🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand and resolve their needs effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address client inquiries.

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Graduate (any stream)
  • Minimum 1 year of on-paper BPO experience is mandatory

💼 Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

💰 Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹25,000 CTC
  • Training stipend: ₹700/day for 30 days
